We took the motorcycle up to Mary's Peak last night, it was a beautiful evening. I'm not sure...but we think that the bright strip in this picture is the sun reflecting off the ocean.
We could see Mt. Hood, Mt. Jefferson and the three sisters. The paintbrush was blooming along with several other flowers.
These guys were flying all over, but this one was unlucky for one reason or another.
Taking the motorcycle feels like a mini vacation every time we go somewhere. You can smell all the wonderful forest smells as you drive along. We're going camping this weekend, any suggestions within 3 hours?

Happy 200th! Looks like the reflection is the ocean to me, I know that I have seen the ocean on a clear day atop Mary's Peak, earlier in the day when the sun is higher it is a little easier to discern. Cool picks friend. My suggestion for camping is clear lake near three sisters wilderness area.
