So good on a fall night.
For dessert I had one of my favorite fall treats, honey crisps and fun sized 100 Grand bars.
Buffy is still laying away! Nothing the second day, but one today and yesterday. It takes her quite a while to get the egg out, but she is still learning what is happening and I'm sure it's going to take a fair amount of stretching to get used to that every day!
I'm daydreaming about getting a handful of these...

i've been craving corn chowder too. maybe i'll make it this weekend.
and i resisted the 100 grands at the market today. it was hard, but i did it. one of my favorite halloween size candy treats :)
OH! and in the GT today (the actual one, not the online version) was an ad for market of choice - 99cent/pound honeycrisp apples. that is a GREAT deal for honeycrisps. the open tomorrow.

Yummy chowder. That is happening over here this weekend for sure. What the heck are those things in the last picture?
Those are silkie chickens. They are tame and fuzzy and wonderful.
Love corn chowder... and the red peppers in there makes it look even more appealing! Beautiful eggs too!
