After searching the internet for bee related cufflinks we found these. They were just what we wanted, but $50 by the time they are shipped!
So I went on Ebay and found a very similar bee charm. They are not silver plated, like the more expensive ones, but for just one day, that wasn't important to us. I got 4 for just a few dollars. Then I ordered 2 pairs of blank cufflinks from Etsy seller "everythingribbons". I can't remember the exact price, but I think it cost us $7 to make these, and we could have made two pairs for that price.
Here they are:
Super cute, but subtle. Aaron had to file the cufflink bases down a bit so they didn't show around the edges. A dab of E6000 and voila - custom cufflinks! The black seemed like it was going to wear off quickly so I gave them a coat of clear nail polish to protect them. They held up great and will work for any other occasion he would need them.

Dude those are awesome, and I never even saw them! My mind is going now, I think I might have to make Bj some custom cufflinks... what to put on them though... And what a steal on that shirt!
So easy, and none of the cufflinks in stores are exciting. Want me to look for those extra bases?
I didn't see them either, but they are awesome! what a fun thing to make! and wow, what a score on the shirt!
