Our breakfast from Sunday. Sausage with veggies and an egg.
Our dinner last night. This does not do the colors justice. We boiled sweet potatoes then stuck them in the Cuisinart. The result was smooth, fluffy, delicious sweet potatoes. They didn't need a thing added. Aaron whipped up some coleslaw and sauteed vegetables.
Aaron had a bad night two days ago. He went out on his motorcycle to rent a movie and on his way there a woman pulled out right in front of him. The only thing he could do was swerve, or hit her. So he swerved and went down going about 35. I can't believe he is in one piece, with no major injuries. His bike is totaled. But his head and bones seem to be okay. We went to the ER just in case. He's very sore, especially his back and shoulders and he can't figure out what hit where exactly. I'm so thankful he's not hurt, or worse.
School is going soooo much better this term. I took a big test yesterday, and was pretty nervous about it. It is a simulated clinical board exam, we have one each term. Each term we have to get a better and a better score, until spring term when we need a 95% to pass. I didn't pass this on the first try last term, but this term I passed on my first try with 100%!!!! It feels good to know that if I had to take my board tomorrow, I could do it.

Holy shit how scary! No offence to Aaron but man motorcycles scare me. And he's a safe rider even! Happy for you about the test though!
Well done Erin! And feel better soon Aaron. xx
Glad Aaron is okay except for his aches and pains, could have been worse, which is scary. Good job rocking your test despite having to deal with the accident the night before! 100% woohoo!!
