Day 1 in Minnesota
After a crazy hectic week, I finally found time to pack before my 4 am departure. Most importantly I packed 15 pounds of cheese for Aaron. Cheese (food for that matter) is super expensive there, so I gathered up a few month supply for him.
My trip over went pretty smoothly. I had a 3 hour lay over in Denver, that turned into a 5 hour layover due to a metal scrap getting sucked into the right engine after the pilot swerved to avoid a coyote on the runway??? Here's a view of the Rockies on the way in:

We called it a night not too long after dinner since I got in close to 11 and Aaron had class the next day.
